As President Trump continues to clean house, unhinged Democrats are in full meltdown mode over his latest move—temporarily freezing certain federal funds through an Executive Order, as The Gateway Pundit reported.

Among the loudest voices screeching in protest is Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, who took to social media to spread misinformation and rally her fellow Democrat AGs against the order.

President Donald Trump’s inauguration at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., on Monday, Jan. 20, 2025.

Nessel, notorious for weaponizing her office against political opponents, ranted about Memorandum M-25-13, which directs federal agencies to temporarily pause grants, loans, and financial assistance programs tied to certain executive actions.

Rather than presenting the facts, she resorted to fearmongering, claiming that Trump’s order would leave “Michiganders to suffer,” that “children will go hungry,” and that “communities will lose safety protections.”

Apparently, she wants people to believe Michigan’s law enforcement relies on questionable non-governmental organizations for security.

Not to be outdone in the hysteria department, Nessel declared she and 22 other Democrat AGs would take “swift action” to stop what she called an “unprecedented and illegal maneuver.”

The reality? Trump is simply doing what the American people elected him to do—cut wasteful spending and prioritize policies that serve the country’s best interests.

While American leftists rage over Trump putting the brakes on taxpayer-funded slush funds, Kenya’s former president, Uhuru Kenyatta, had some tough love for African leaders outraged over the freeze on U.S. foreign aid.

Speaking at an international aid summit, Kenyatta mocked those whining about Trump’s decision.

“I saw some people the other day crying. Oh, I don’t know, Trump has removed money—He is not giving us any more money,” he said, bluntly asking:

“Why are you crying? It is not your government! It is not your country! He has no reason to give you anything!”

His words, spoken with refreshing honesty, were met with applause. Kenyatta doubled down, emphasizing that these leaders have no right to expect funding from a foreign nation. “You don’t pay taxes in America,” he pointed out. “He’s appealing to his people!”

The former Kenyan leader went even further, urging African nations to stop depending on handouts. “What are we going to do to help ourselves instead of crying?” he asked.

“Because nobody is going to continue holding out a hand there to give you!” His message was clear—nations should use their own resources wisely instead of expecting endless aid from the U.S.

Kenyatta’s remarks went viral, leaving many wondering why Democrats can’t adopt the same mindset. Instead, they behave like entitled children, believing that American taxpayers should foot the bill for their radical pet projects.

While African leaders are being told to take responsibility, Democrats like Dana Nessel are demanding more government dependency.

On Monday, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) clarified that the temporary freeze is part of a broader effort to ensure taxpayer dollars are spent effectively.

“The American people elected Donald J. Trump to be President of the United States and gave him a mandate to increase the impact of every federal taxpayer dollar,” the OMB stated.

In Fiscal Year 2024, over $3 trillion of the nearly $10 trillion federal budget went to financial assistance programs. The OMB memo directs agencies to review and reassess these programs to align with Trump’s priorities.

The freeze officially takes effect on January 28, 2025, at 5:00 PM, giving agencies time to identify and report legally mandated actions while pausing unnecessary spending.

In the meantime, Democrats will keep fearmongering, and foreign leaders will keep demanding handouts. But Trump’s America First agenda is clear—no more blank checks. The American people come first.
